Stall Holder Bookings/Applications

Robert Gale (StallsManager@thebourneshow.com) looks after both charity and trade stall-holders.

All stalls are located outside on the Bourne Green. Each pitch is approximately 3m x 3m in size. If you require a larger pitch, or a specialised area to run your stall, please indicate this clearly when applying for your stall.  We are able to supply tables, for which there is a £10.00 charge. We need to receive your booking application as soon as possible, so that sufficient space can be guaranteed.

Bookings received after 1^st July will be subject to a 50% late booking fee.

Our insurers now require us to see evidence of all stall holders Public Liability Insurance cover. If your organisation has Public Liability Insurance please send a copy of your policy with your booking form. If you do not have Public Liability Insurance please provide us with full details of the activities you plan to carry out at The Show.

(Please note, technically speaking, booking applications are "provisional" as the details are ratified at the Bourne Show AGM (in March).  We do not currently anticipate there being any changes, but we are only taking provisional bookings currently (which, will be automatically become confirmed assuming no substantive changes are made.)

2014 Provisional (Old-Style) Application Forms

2014 application forms, which include details of how to book a stall/table are available in either Word or PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format below.

(NB: "Provisional" because the costs and conditions need to be re-ratified at the Bourne Show AGM which will be on the 12th March 2013 this year.  We do not expect any changes, but please be aware that until after that date the application forms are provisional and could be subject to change.)
